We all want to be the best we can be. Most of us wouldn't mind shedding a pound or two (or twelve). So why don't we work out regularly? What is that makes sticking to a scheduled workout routine so difficult? We all experience the same things, and it's important to realize that we're not alone!

I always want to work out everyday but so often life with a 15 month old gets in the way and she has other plan's for me. Even when I do block out my workout sometimes it just doesnt happen...
I've found that it's important to LOVE your workout if you want to have a regular routine. Before I got into yoga, I did the normal gym/running thing and always had an excuse not to go regularly because I wasn't really wasn't that excited about running on the treadmill and certainly couldn't motivate myself to stay at the gym for two hours! Now that I have a regular yoga practice, I know it's consistent because I love it and I have made an investment in it. It also helps me to be able to "register" for a class online because then the studio "knows" I'm going to be there and it's harder for me to say I'd rather stay home and eat ice cream tonight :) Good job on your blog posts recently Rox! Helpful & relevant.
