Roxanne {RoxyB!} has a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from The University of Texas with a focus in Health Promotion & Fitness.  She is a nationally-certified Personal Trainer and Lifestyle & Weight-Management Coach.  She's been in the Fitness industry for 6 years and has worked with a variety of clients with a variety of lifestyles, challenges, and goals. Previous clients range from high-school athletes looking to jump higher to middle-aged men looking to increase muscle mass to new moms looking to shed the baby weight and summon that long-lost energy out of hibernation!

As a wife and stay at home mom of 2, Roxanne understands the demands that life places on our every day.  She creates programs that take into account each client's schedule, energy level, interests, personality-type, and goals so that fitness and health become not only achievable, but inevitable!  Her no-falling-off-the-wagon approach allows for mistakes, the occasional fitness "hiatus", and obstacles because they're all a part of life.  Her "dust your shoulders off" philosophy frees you from the mindset that one bad day is a reason to give up.

In working with RoxyB, one can expect to be challenged, but never without LOTS of encouragement.  Expect to be equipped with loads of helpful info, but not without explanations and support.  Expect to be introduced to a LIFESTYLE, not a quick fix.
